Art of Living

Art of living is the way we take care of our body, mind and spirit. It is the way we look at our relationship with human beings, materials and living organisms other than ourselves. It is the way we look at and manage human cravings like hunger, love, sex, sleep etc. It is ultimately managing desires.

Values can be accepted through preaching from scriptures. It is also possible to reject all values created by human civilisation and welcome a valueless living. But a person who has dedicated himself to meditation will have values natural to him. These values do not remain as values then, but become inherent natures. Art of living is about values in life perceived by the individual.

Art of living defines the peacefulness of mind. It defines the intensity of joy. It facilitates a path for spiritual enlightenment.
