Yoga

Yoga is a physical exercise developed in ancient India. For sharpness in communication we can call it hata yoga, since the word yoga means meditation by many people. These are a group of body movements conducted slowly and in silence. These exercises are meditative in nature. The body movements are correlated with breathing. They have fantastic healing impacts. The practitioner remains fit, trim and in good mind.

Yoga is recommended to be learnt under a guru or teacher.
